Intro
Sending money across borders and paying everyday bills shouldn't feel complicated. Yet many finance apps overwhelm users with unnecessary steps and cluttered experiences.
Sendora is a fintech app designed to make international transfers and utility payments feel effortless. I focused on creating a clean, intuitive experience that helps users complete essential financial tasks quickly, confidently, and without friction.

Process
We started with interviews then started by defining the core user flows for international transfers and bill payments, then built a scalable design system to ensure consistency across the product.
Through multiple rounds of exploration and iteration, I refined the experience to reduce friction and make key actions easy to understand. Throughout development, I worked closely with engineers to align on implementation details and continuously tested the product to ensure the final experience matched the intended design.
Lesson
This project reinforced the importance of balancing simplicity with functionality in fintech products. I learned that small improvements in clarity, feedback, and flow design can have a significant impact on user confidence, especially when users are handling sensitive financial transactions.
